Kings of Leon plan "be back better than ever"

Group remaining dates of their U.S. tour, frontman Caleb Followill, the group ended the show offstage midway through a speech in Dallas, Texas following complaints about the intense heat and problems with his voice.

Later he was ordered by doctors to their vocal cords for a whole month to rest. The group of rapidly growing speculation that he drank the group hit back at Caleb was removed.

And Betty Ann Murphy - mother of Caleb, Nathan and Jared and aunt to Matthew - has laughed off reports the band is breaking and entering rehab, insisting that kids just "more than they should" drinking.

She tells America's Star magazine, "It's not the end of the band. Sometimes they all drink more than they should - they're young men and go on a binge. None of them need rehab. They'll be back better than ever."
