Kings of Leon have rejected reports that they are planning to wants to fire Caleb Followill from the band.

A report in US gossip magazine Star explained how Matthew and Jared Followill had "started to resent Caleb's antics as he was late to rehearsals, neglectful of band meetings and displaying diva traits". According to reports in the future with a pair of Caleb on lead vocal duties were planning.

Drummer Nathan Followill took to his Twitter account to quash the rumours, writing: "BREAKING NEWS: Kings Of Leon has kicked Caleb out and Jared and Matt will be taking over lead vocals. Where do people come up with this s**t? Hilarious."

Caleb increasingly erratic behavior of the group stage after the cancellation of his U.S. trip, was forced blamed on fatigue.

Caleb was the band gap into the rehab rumor.

However, the band did not fare so well on a performance in St. Louis a week ago, when the band members were pelted with pigeon droppings, they are forced to stop their set.

Bassist Jared Followill said, "I was hit by pigeons on each of the first three songs. We had 20 songs on the set list. By the end of the show, I would have been covered from head to toe."
